Frequently Asked Questions

How should I pay for services?

After you have received service we will email you an invoice letting you know we have serviced your yard.  There will be a link included in that invoice that will allow you to make credit card payments using the security of Stripe.

If you do not wish to pay with a credit card, you may mail your payment to the address on your invoice.

When should I expect you to arrive to service my yard?

We work by the job not by the clock because we believe in taking the time to service your yard right.  We will service your yard on the scheduled day as close to the scheduled time as possible.  If it is important to you that we start or end at a specific time, please let us know and we will accommodate your request.

Will you call or knock on my door when you come to service my yard?

We do our best to disturb you as little as possible.  We won’t call or knock on your door (unless you request us to), but feel free to talk to us anytime you have any questions or concerns.

Do you bag or mulch the grass clippings?

For both Eco and Standard mowing services we mulch the grass clippings.  This returns precious nitrogen back to the soil to keep your yard healthy.

At what height should my grass be cut?

Different species of grass have different ideal heights, but in general your grass should be cut to approximately 3 inches.
